And when I say the entire staff, I truly mean everyone in the office.I stopped by on Thursday just to get an idea of how much a new pair of glasses would cost. Raquel went above and beyond to find me the best deal possible, and on top of that, she was able to get me an appointment for the very next day.Everyone I interacted with was professional, respectful, and took patient privacy seriously. During my appointment, there was a very disrespectful patient, and the staff handled the situation with professionalism and grace while continuing to provide excellent care.I highly recommend TSO if you're looking for high quality service, knowledgeable staff, and an overall great experience.
